✔ Supervisor's email needed to verify work experience.
Tech Essentials
✔ Internet: A stable connection (no offline access).
✔ Audio: Headphones for course content.
✔ Device: A computer with a keyboard and mouse/trackpad (not built for touchscreen-only devices).
✔ Browser: Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Digital Fluency
✔ Getting around an online learning platform.
✔ Using a keyboard and mouse/trackpad easily.
✔ Downloading and opening files (PDFs, Word docs).
✔ Keeping track of browser tabs and settings.
✔ Watching videos, adjusting the volume, and interacting with content.

Upon successful completion you will receive a CA Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) compliance package, including a printable PDF of your Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) certificate issued by National Career Education Center (NCEC). Certificates will be available for employer verification purposes.
